Correction of Minutes <br />Mr, Richa.rds moved to a»i)rove the minutes of th.e 11/10/70 meeting as <br />written; seconded by Mr. I,edvina and unanimously :)assed. <br />IIT. Building Derartment Recruests - None <br />IVa Old Business <br />(a) Hen Ror Investment Co. Rezoning - IJr, Ransberry presented revised <br />pla.ns for a 7-story a,partment building and a 2-story professiona.l <br />build.ing at Great TTOrthern Boulevard and Brookpark Roa.d, He stated <br />that a.ll corrections ha.ve been made and the suggestions made b,y the <br />Planning Commission incorporated into the plan. The developer has <br />deleted openings onto Broolcpa.rlc Roa.d and is rel,ying on two wa.ys of <br />ingress and egress (Nestview and Great Alorthern Blvd, ). He pointed <br />out that -the plan complies with a11 reruirements of the Mixed Multinle <br />ordinance and that they actually have more g??'ages tha.n renuired so <br />that some coulcl be deleted i#' so desired. ARr. Leonard sta.ted tha.t he <br />would like to see the P1E corner garage omitted and left open as a <br />possible nara11e7_ to Brookpark Road.. Other members of the Commission <br />a.greed, Mr. Ledvina moved to put the proposal in.to a comraittee of <br />the whole9 seconc'ed by Mr. Davis and unanimously passed, <br />(b) Countr.y Club Anartments - Mr, RansberrT stated that Council has <br />re-submitted Ordinance 770-127 on Country Club Apartnents with 250r <br />of proj ected property cut off and left va.cant for the time being due <br />to objectiens of residents of the area. Mr, Frank Muzilca stated <br />that residents desire a.n additionrl 141 be cut off due to d.eed <br />restrictions. He wp_s informed that the City has nothing to do with <br />deed restr•ic-tions.
