Mr. Oring cited statements made-in Mr. Karhan's letter -and re^uested tha_t <br />these variances be aenied accordingly. Mr. Bauer stateci that he will work with the Cit-y <br />Engineer to solve t'ne existing problams. Mr. Tubbs moved to continue the case until such <br />time as the Board is advised that the iTnprozements have been made in accoraance with 1.4r. <br />Kar'nants letter dated 2/2/7I.
