Roll Call <br />The meeting was ca7.led tv order by Crairman James Davis at <br />8;00 p.m. Those present vJere t7essrs, DaTTis, Edzaard BJers, <br />J. Ernie Gundy, Building Commissioner; Mr. J. Bruce Kitchen,, <br />La.t,r Director; Iirs. Edith Plikel, Secretary. <br />II. ?Zinute s <br />Approval of the minutes of the January 25, 1972., meeting as <br />printed ?aas moved by Mr. Ledvina. Mr. Byers seconded. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />IIT. Building Department Requests <br />44 (a) Parrcuyay Golf Course Club Buildi.ng <br />Mr-. Gundy presented the plans for the building which Urill <br />conti.;i,n, a party roam, clining area, and new facility for <br />the Coffee and Pro shop, Existing parking spaces exceed <br />by five the required maxa.mum of 82 spaces. Mr. Ledvina <br />moved for approval, and Tvir. Breirer seconded. The motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />• (b)' : 'Szarkap s <br />The ot?ner proposes converting a delicatessen into a <br />•restaurant.. The Law Director was asked to give a Iegal <br />opinion since the building involved is a non-corforming <br />structure. Mr. Kitchen stated that it is necessary to <br />separate non-conforming structure from non-conf'orming use. <br />There is to be no alteration to the building. Both uses <br />are permitted in the area as ].or_g as there are no structuraZ <br />changes in the builcling, PTr. Szarka confirmed that none <br />were to be made. ?'Ir. Brewer moved, T2r. Byers seconded, to <br />approve the parking layouto The motion Uras approved <br />unanimously. IV.
