Roll Call. <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Davis at 8:07 <br />p.ma In the absence of Mr, rlliott Mr. Ledvina called the <br />rollo Those present weres Messrs. Davis, Ledvina, Brewer <br />Byers, Tubbs and Richards. <br />Also present: 14ike Karhan, City Engineer and his assistant <br />Dave McDermott; Councilmen TrJest and Boehmer; and Recording <br />Secretary Hodgins. <br />II. Fteading and Correction of Minuteso <br />Mr. Brewer moved minutes be accepted as presented. Mr. Tubbs <br />seconded and the motion passed unanimously, <br />III. Building Department Requests <br />(a) Mr. Karhan resubmitted plans for Cleary Realty $uil.ding• <br />John Miller and Tom Sal.mon represented Cleary Realtye 7 <br />ft. planting strip has been incorporated in the plan e- <br />liminating one parking space. Plan is to have sod in <br />strip with shrubber,y around the building and to screen <br />off back property. There is undeveloped property behind <br />the building. Pdeeded is continuous concrete curb aroun3 <br />entire parking area on street side, there is no protec- <br />tion from the parking loto Mr. Ledvina moved to approve, <br />Mr. BrewerA seconded the motion. During discussion 1Ir. <br />Tubbs suggested shrubs along the 7 ft. strip. Sugges- <br />tion is agreeable with appellantsa NIr. Ledvina amended <br />his motion to approve to incl.ude low shrubbery9 Mr. <br />BreTaer seconded the amended motion and the motion pass- <br />ed unanimously. <br />IV. 01d Business <br />(a ) Sandy Ridge #Il <br />Plan was resubmitted with entrance into Porter Rd. There will <br />be one lot on either side. The pavement will be at right angles <br />-TA,ith Porter Rd. Presentation is in accordance with Planning <br />Commission suggestions. Mr. Tubbs moved to approve, seconded <br />by Mr. Byers. Motion passed unanimouslye <br />(b) Barclay Square. <br />? Mr. Powers and Mr. 1Veedles were present representing Barclay <br />Square. Mr. Povers stated various phases of the plan accepted, <br />he believes, by Council: site plan, drawings, architec'-ural <br />sketch, landscaping, data shoving traffic patterne He quoted
