CITY OF NORTJH OLNISTED, OHIO ? PLANNING COMYiISSION Niarch 27, 1973 I. Roll Call The meeting was called to order by Chairman Davis at 8:05 P.M. Those present were: Nessrs. Davis, Byers, r.lliott, Richards and Tubbs. Also present: Mr. Gundy, Building Commissioner, Dave McDermott, Assistant City Engineer, Law Director Bruce Kitch- en and Virginia Hodgins, Recording Secreta:y. IT. Building Department Requests - There were no Building Department Requests. TV. Old Business (a) Schclz Devel--pment A traffic study is under way. The Law Director is studying set baeYs, variances, driveways, etc. No action can be taken this evening. Ed Frindt, 4856 Cla7ue Rd., requested to see plan. He then explained the very difficult traffic problem for area residen+..s. Area to be developed is apnroxi- mately 5 acres zoned for multi family and plan meets the code. Mr. Kuschel, 4785 Claaue Rd, asked if there vill be fencing. There are 56 two bedroom units and eight single family units pplanned. Discussion ensued. Mr. Clingman explained plans to neighbors. The possibility of Mastic Rd. entrance -vias suggested. (b) H. G. M. Mr. McDermott said it is impossible ior the architect to give the 9 ft. planning strip as requested. Angle of driveway on- to Lorain Rd. is not legal; it is not 90 degrees. Engineer- ing Dept. will check this out.
