PLANNING COMNIISSTON <br />June 26, 1973 <br />T. Ro11. Ca11 <br />Chairman Davis called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. <br />Those present were: Chairman Davis, Messrs. Ledvina, <br />Richards, Brewer, Byers and Tubbs and Secretary Elliott. <br />Also present: Mr. McDermott, Assistant to the City <br />Engineer, Mr. Gundy9 Building Commissioner and Mrs. <br />Virginia Hodgins, Recording Secretaryo <br />IIe Reading and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr. Bretaer moved minutes be accepted as presented, Mr. <br />Byers seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />III. Building Department REquests <br />(a) Grace Manor Apartments <br />Mr. Gundy reported on continuance of Grace Manor <br />Apartments. There is no report from the Fire De- <br />partment. Letter had been received from archi- <br />tect showing revised plan for fire hydrants and <br />sprinkler system. No change was.shown on radius <br />of turns. Elevator should be two inches larger. <br />Matter of communication from Fixe Department was <br />discussed furthere Mr. Ledvina moved to place in <br />com+nittee. Mre :Brewer seconded the motion. Mr. <br />Gundy and Mr. Caplan will contact the Fire Chief. <br />Mr. Zedvina called for the question. Motion was <br />seconded by Mre Brewero Mr. Richards and Mr. <br />Tubbs voted nay with Messrs. Davis, Ledvina, El- <br />liott, Brewer and Byers voting aye. Motion to <br />place back in committee passed. <br />N. 01.d Business <br />(a) Great Northern Towers <br />This item to remain in Mr. Richards' Commit-tee. <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Country Club Condominium Signs <br />It is indicated by Safety Dixector Carnahan the <br />sign at Country Club Boulevard entrance is all <br />right. Safety DireGtor Carnahan requests the <br />Lorain Road entrance sign should be moved $ fto <br />south. Mr. Byers moved to approve location of
