. <br />; <br />PLANNING COMNtISSION <br />? August 28, 1973 <br />Special meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at <br />8a04 p.m. by Chairman Davis. <br />Those present were: Chairman Davis, Messrs. Byers, Brewer, Led- <br />vina and Richards. <br />Item I Change of occupancy to print shop at 27539 Zorain Rd. <br />P'r. Ledvina moved to approve seconded by Mr. Richards. Island <br />and light fixtures are to be removed. Motion passed with vote <br />of aye by all members. <br />Item II N. 0. Lumber Company, 27375 Lorain Rd, application for <br />a lumber shed. <br />Stand of trees is to remain at south end of property or hedge is <br />to be required. Plans were modified to provide 50 ft. rear set- <br />back from residential line. With above provisions Mr. Ledvina <br />moved for approval, seconded by Mr. Brewer. Motion was approved <br />as with 4 to 1 vote. Mr. Richards voted nay. <br />Ttem III Application for car ports at Hardwick House Condominiums, <br />25735 Lorain Rd. <br />Mre Brewer moved to reject on basis of poor planning. Ptotion <br />seconded by Mr. Byers and passed. <br />Item N Brookpark Extension <br />Mr. Ledvina moved to approve, seconded by Mre Brewer. Motion <br />passed with unanimous vote. <br />Mr. Ledvina moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Byers.
