Ledvina had made on site inspection and found the tool shed is within 15 ft. of house being built on adjoining lot. There is four ft. stockade fence a- round the property. Tool shed is made of s'teel and is 7 ft. high on cul de sac street. Mr. Ledvina moved to reject request. Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passed. l. Halleen A. M. C. - Carl R.
