Roberts, Dnskey; Tubbs, Ledvina and Chairman Hamill <br />Also Present: I.aw Director Gareau., Building Commissioner Gundy, Council- <br />man Goggin and Recording Secretary Hodgins. <br />Continuance of reqnest of Drs. Arnold and Gelman for variance (1133.13)• <br />ftequest for setback varianee at 26065 Lorain Rd. violation of Ord. 62-33 <br />Section 1174.02. <br />Present: Lou Zorn representative from Milan Steel Industries and Nlr. <br />Neymo, owner of car wash next door. Case Yass read and Mr. <br />Zorn explained plans. Lot is-60 ft. wide, there is to be <br />addition to one story building with entrance off the side- <br />walk. No-setback is planned, cou.ld be a traffic hazard. <br />Mr. Ledg3na moved to re3ect. Mr. Roberts seconded and mo- <br />tion to reject passed?unanimously. <br />Continuarice of request of Robert W. Mau, 27040 Butternu.t Ridge Rd. Re- <br />quest for variance (1133.13). Request for speeial permit to erect tool <br />shed. (Replacement). Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 113 3.09. Presents Mrs. Mau who was administered the oath. Chairman Hamill read <br />the case and explanation of plans. Letter from Dr. and N1rs. <br />Staub was read. Staubs are neighbors and they have no ob- <br />3ection to the plan. Shed is to be 15 ft. x 15 ft. and of <br />metal on concrete slab and shrubs and trees are planned a- <br />round shed. Mr. Tubbs moved to grant special_permit pro- <br />vided old shed be removed and new shed be placed as plobted <br />so it is not offensive to ary'one and be surrounded with 4 or <br />5 ft* shrubs. Mr. Ledvina seconded and motion passed. <br />1. Richard Metzger, 4712 Michael Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Re- <br />quest for special permission-for 30" fence for Sub Lot 59 on Michael Dr. <br />Permission required by Ord. 1151.04 (G). <br />Present: Mr. and Mrs. Metzger, Wm. Whiteside and Myron Bussard. Case <br />was read and witnesses administered the oath. Reason for <br />request ia to cut down on noise and use factors. Lot is <br />vacant, 1soowned by Mr. Whiteside, father-in law of Mr. Metzger, <br />and is being used by neighborhood children. Mr. Ledvina moved <br />to approve subject to approval of Safety Director regarding <br />visibi].ity. Nfr. Roberts seconded and motion passed. <br />2. Robert Straussp 3929 Columbia Rd.
