Roll Call <br />Chairman Richards called the meeting to order at 8:00 p,m. <br />Present: Mro Elliott called the rollo Members present were <br />Chairman Richards, Yiessrso Brewer, Prokasy, Davis, <br />Elliott and Mrs. Eiano <br />A1so present: Mro McDermott, Engineer, Mr> Caster, Service <br />Dixector, Mro Gareau, Director of Law, Mrso <br />Hodgins, Recording Secretary and Councilmen <br />Goggin, Wilamosky, Sharpe and ?,Testo <br />IIo Reading and Correction of Minutes of January 22, 1974 meeting. <br />Mr. Flliott moved minutes be approved as distributedo Mrso <br />Eian seconded and motion passed unanimouslya <br />IZIo Building Department Requests <br />(a) N,'ro McDermott presented plans for addition to parking area <br />of Manor Care Nursing Home, 23225 Lorain Rd, Plan is to <br />build drive on west si.de for t=.ucks onlyo Mr. McDermott <br />had not reviewed planso Mro Davis moved to place matter <br />in committee pending further investiga-tiono Mr< Brewer <br />seconded and motion passed. <br />(b) Mr. McDermott presented plans for Clague Plaza Parking <br />(23555 Lorain Rde) Parking had been checked by Mr. Gundy <br />and found adequateo <br />(8e10 p,mo Secretary Tischler is now present) <br />Final plans are not complete for sewer and drainageo Mra <br />Brewer moved to send back to Building Department for fur- <br />ther information and location mape Mr. Prokas,y seconded <br />and motion passedo <br />Chairman Richards commented on Annual Report of Building <br />Department. He praised 1,1hr. Gundy for operation of Building <br />Departmento <br />IVo Old Business <br />(a) Park Auto Clinic <br />Mr, Neff and Terry Nonny appeared before the Commission. <br />Law Director Gareau reported front set back variance grant- <br />ed before 1970 is valid. Plan shows 9 parking places and <br />three spaces for parking within the building. Chairman <br />Richards reviewed ownership and variance. The only ques- <br />tion before the Commission is parking and overall planning.
