Roll Call <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Richards at 8:05 p.m. <br />Present: Chairman Richards, Messrs. rlliott, Tischler, Davis and <br />Mrs. Eian. <br />Also Presenta Mro Gundy, Building Commissioner, Mr. Gareau, Direc- <br />tor of Law, Councilmen Saringer, T,:est, Sharpe and <br />tn:ilamosky and AZrs. Hodgins, Recording Secretary. <br />TI. Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr. Elliott moved to accept the minutes as presentedoMrs. Eian <br />seconded and motion passed. <br />TII. Building Department <br />(a) Old Requests - no items <br />(b) New Requests - no items <br />IV. Old Business - no items <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Groveland Gardens Subdivision <br />Wm. Feller representing McSteen and Associates made pre- <br />sentation of plans for subdivision from one large lot in- <br />to S/L 1 and S/L 2, Parcel is located between Beckrest, <br />24085 Lorain Rd. and Tommy Barrett, Inc. 23989 Lorain Rd. <br />Mr. iischler moved to retain in committee. Mr. Davis <br />seconded and motion passed. <br />(b) Rezoning request at northeast corner of Country Club Blvd. <br />at Victoria Lane for elderly housing as proposed by Saul <br />Biskind, Sol Shur and Interfaith Housing of North 0lmsted. <br />Mr. Biskind appeared before the Commission and said he is <br />not ready to make proposal this evening. Changes are be- <br />ing made in original proposal. After some discussion Mr. <br />Davis moved copy of letter of August 13, 1973 to BZD Com- <br />mittee of Council be revieved, recommendations made and <br />then further action. Ns. Elliott seconded and motion passed. <br />VI. Communications - Planning Commission members received recommenda- <br />tions from Citizens Advisory Committee this evening. <br />VII.
