? -? - <br />BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MEETING MINUTES OF JANUARY 5, 2012 <br />ROLL CALL <br />Ms. Rudolph called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. in Council Chambers and led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />Present: Jennifer Rudolph, Michael Raig, Maureen Diver, Laura Bellido, Alfredo Lopez <br />Staff: Planning & Development Director Kiinberly Wenger, Assistant Law Director Bryan <br />O'Malley, Clerk of Commissions Donna Rote <br />COMMUNICATION <br />CMS11-23: Lucky Break Cafe; 26715 Broolcpark 12oad Ext <br />Proposal consists of a request for reconsideration <br />Mr. O'Malley said the applicant's request indicated additional information would be presented, <br />therefore he recommended the board grant the request for reconsideration. <br />Ms. Diver moved, seconded by Mr. Lopez, to grant a request for reconsideration to <br />CMS11-23: Luclcy Break Cafe of 26715 Broolcpark Road Ext, which passed 5-0. <br />REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES <br />Ms. Bellido moved, seconded by Ms. Rudolph, to approve the minutes of December 1, 2011 <br />which passed 4-0. Mr. Raig abstained. <br />COMMERCIAL APPEALS AND REQiJESTS <br />CMS11-23; Lucky Break Cafe; 26715 Brookpark 12oad Ext <br />The proposal consists of an internet cafe. The following variance is requested: <br />A variance for insufficient parking, Code requires a minimum of one (1) parking space per every <br />terminal, plus one (1) space per every fiill time employee.
