Parce1232-03-027 will have an area of 0.891 acres and a frontage of 80+ feet.
Parce1232-03-028 will have an area of 1.162 acres and a frontage of 112+ feet. Both lots would
conform to code for width and area. Both parcels are zoned One Family Residence A.
Mr. DiFranco stated that a lot split was done in the past to create an L-shaped lot and a smaller
lot for a house. The parents have passed away and the children are trying to sell the parcels and
would like them to be more marketable. Thomas Martynowski, 4248 Martin Drive, wanted to
ensure that no development would occur because of the lot split and consolidation, Mr. DiFranco
was not aware of any intentions of the owners to build at this time.
