ROLL CAL,I,; <br />Chairman Zergott called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Chairman B. Zergott, Board members: J. Croolc, T. Ulewicz J. Werner <br />ALSO PRESENT: Planning Director Wenger, Building Commissioner D. Conway, <br />Secretary L. McNabb <br />ABSENT: J. Nader <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mayor O'Grady <br />Mayor O'Grady administered the oath of office to Jason Werner. <br />u <br />II. REVIEW AND CO1titECTION OF MI1?TiJTES; <br />J. Croolc moved to approve the minutes of January;l9, 2005 and December 22, 2004 as <br />written. B. Zergott seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Carnegie Management & Development Corporation (Parcel E) WRD 4: <br />This proposal consists of modifications to the approved Parcel E development plans. <br />The Planning Commission/Architectural Review Board tabled this proposal on Apri17, <br />2005. <br />Rustom Khouri, President of Carnegie 1Vlanagement? Developmenf Corporation, Sainuel <br />Khouri and Steve Eddlemen, CEO came forward. Mr. Jim Schiely was unable to attend <br />the meeting. <br />/ <br />Ms. Wenger reviewed that on Apri17" there was a joint ARB/Planning Commission <br />ineeting to expedite Carnegie along in it's amendments to it's previously approved plans. <br />After the applicant's presentation, the Board suggested some direction about landscaping, <br />buffering issues, and public plazas. . After ?he .meeting, she met with Mr. Khouri and had <br />reviewed four different versions of the siIe' plan? The plans submitted was the version <br />that she felt most accurately reflected the requests that were niade. Site and landscape <br />plans were submitted, however, elevations and lighting plans were not. Mr. Zergott <br />aslced for direction from the Building Commissioner regarding site lighting. Mr. Conway <br />advised that if the applicant submits light plans which comply to code, they would be <br />fine. In order to eliminate the need for a variance, Ms. Wenger advised the applicant to <br />move the lights and lower the light level to meet the five foot average requirement. Ms. <br />Wenger advised the Board to withhold any.;recommpndations or motions and have the
