Note: The Architectural Review Board <br />addressed this proposal on 10-20-04 and 1/19/05 <br />Laketec Communications; (PP# 235-07-009,010), 27881 Lorain Road: (WRD 3): <br />Proposal consists of modifications to site lighting. <br />FEBRUARY 8, 2005 <br />The Planning Commission minutes from January 25, 2005 have been submitted for <br />approval. . <br />Westfield Shopping Center; PP# 236-09-001(Great Northern Mall Mav Parcel) Lot <br />Split: <br />The proposal is to split Permanent Parcel Number 236-09-001 (16.73478 acres) into two <br />parcels. The split parcel (Parcel A) will be 1.50 acres. The remainder parcel (Parcel B) <br />will be 15.2348 acres. The location of the new split parcel is at the existing vacant <br />building on the north side of Great Northern Mall in front of Kaufinann's and west of <br />Dick's Sporting Goods.
