PLANNING COMMISSIONINDEX FOR 2005 MEETINGS <br />JANTJARY 11, 2005 <br />The Planning Commission minutes from December 14, 2004 have been submitted for <br />approval. Ordinance No. 2004-200 <br />An ordinance amencling sections 1115.02 and 1139.06 or the City's Zoning Code in order <br />better define and distinguish different categories of restaurants for zoning code purposes, <br />and to exclude small sandwich shops from the 1.5 acre minimum lot size requirement of <br />the general retail business district regulations. <br />Establishing Planning Commission Committees & Responsibilities: <br />JANUARY 25, 2005 <br />The Planning Commission minutes from January 11, 2005 have been submitted for <br />approval. <br />Review Charter of City of North Olmsted <br />Shadow Wood Bradlev Road Cluster, 30898 Bradley Road: (WRD 3): <br />Proposal consists of the construction of a single family cluster home development. <br />Note: Architectural Review Board addressed this proposal on 7/21/04, 9/22/04 and <br />1/19/05. Planning Commission tabled this proposal on 9/28/04, 10/12/04 and 12/14/04. <br />Halleen Kia, 27726 Lorain Road, (WRD 1): <br />Proposal consists of an addition to the existing showroom and site improvements. <br />Note: Variances are required. <br />Conrad's, 4799 Great Northern Blvd (WRD 4): <br />Proposal consists of building modifications. Note: The Architectural Review Board <br />addressed this proposal on 10-20-04 and 1/19/05 <br />Laketec Communications; (PP# 235-07-009,010), 27881 Lorain Road: (WRD 3): <br />Proposal consists of modifications to site lighting. <br />FEBRUARY 8, 2005 <br />The Planning Commission minutes from January 25, 2005 have been submitted for <br />approval. . <br />Westfield Shopping Center; PP# 236-09-001(Great Northern Mall Mav Parcel) Lot <br />Split: <br />The proposal is to split Permanent Parcel Number 236-09-001 (16.73478 acres) into two <br />parcels. The split parcel (Parcel A) will be 1.50 acres. The remainder parcel (Parcel B) <br />will be 15.2348 acres. The location of the new split parcel is at the existing vacant <br />building on the north side of Great Northern Mall in front of Kaufinann's and west of <br />Dick's Sporting Goods. The proposed use of Parcel A is a restaurant. Zoning is Retail
