Lord called the meeting to order at 7:00pm <br />PRESENT: D. Rerko, L. Thogmartin, T.Schock, L. Orlowski, J. Lasko, M. Davis, P. <br />Schumann. <br />ABSENT: T. Dubowski <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />Mrs. Lord moved to approve the September 11, 2006 minutes with correction, <br />seconded by Mr.Rerko, which was unanimously approved. <br />III. OLD BUSINESS <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />Gary Stvles, 25655 Butternut Ridge Road: 236-23-016 <br />Mr. Styles was granted a Certificate of Appropriateness for vinyl siding (light gray) <br />with aluminum trim (white) to the home at 25655 Butternut Ridge. Aluminum trim <br />will have a wood grain. <br />Donald Stalter, 27537 Butternut Ridge Road: 235-11-001 <br />Requesting to have front and rear porches, some veneer metal shingles. Mr. Stalter <br />conducted his own research for the homes built during the time period of his home. <br />Mr. Stalter submitted a packet. He opted to delay the new roof. The plans submitted <br />should be the final product of his vision for a front and reax porch. He discovered that <br />there is more dry rotting on the roof than expected. <br />Made a motion to approve the request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for <br />27537 Butternut RidLe Road. Mr. Stalter will be changing the roof to Brown wood <br />Owens Corning Dimensional shingles with a continuous ridge vent across the top. <br />He will change the soffet to perforated white vinyl and repair the rotted sections. <br />He will also replace the gutters and down spouts. A dormer will be added in front <br />with vinyl4 inch lap white to face flush with the existing wall and return the roofing <br />at both ends. Finish the front dormer with a 4 inch trim board. The back dormer is <br />to be the option of the property owner.
