BOARD OF BUILDING CODE API'EALS <br />CITY OF NORTH OLIVISTED <br />AGENI)A F012 SEPTEIVIBER 25, 2008 <br />WORK SESSION <br />MIl\TUTES <br />ROI,L CALL <br />The meeting was called to at 7:00 p.m. in Council's chambers <br />Present: Donna Sabo, Dan Jarachovic <br />Absent: Norman Althen, BJ Meder, Robert Lipcsey <br />Staff: Assistant Law Director Bryan O'Malley, Clerlc of Commissions Donna Rote <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Woa-k on creatin2 Rules & Regulations and Order of Findings: <br />Mr. O'Malley said his documents were based on other board and commission documents and <br />would provide the board a starting point to worlc from. He apologized for not being able to stay <br />but due, to scheduling conflicts he would have to leave. Mrs. Sabo thanlced Mr. O'Malley for the <br />assistance he provided in getting the documents started. Mrs. Sabo and Mr. Jarachovic reviewed <br />and made minor changes to the proposed Rules & Regulations, Order of Findings and BBCA <br />Application documents. Mrs. Sabo asked the clerlc if there were any order of proceedings <br />procedures which could be adopted for use with the Board of Building Code Appeals board. The <br />clerlc will send the chair what is used for the Board of Zoning Appeals meetings to give the chair <br />a starting point.
