?.. <br />PLANNING & DESIGN COMMISSION <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MINUTES FOR DECEMBER 10, 2008 <br />ROLL CALL <br />Mr. Lasko called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers and led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />Present: John Lasko, Melissa Meredith, Jim Cotner, Angela Williamson, Greg Malone, Don <br />Rerko, Ralph Bohlmann <br />Staff Planning Director Kim Wenger, Assistant Law Director Bryan O'Malley, City <br />Engineer Dan Collins, Clerk of Commissions Donna Rote <br />REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES <br />Mr. Lasko moved, seconded by Mr. Rerko, to approve the Planning & Design Commission <br />minutes of November 24, 2008, which were approved 6-0. Mr. Bohlmann abstained. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />CMS08-25: Walters Advanced Dentistrv; 4780 Clague Road: <br />Representative: Dan Bond, WXZ Construction LLC <br />The proposal consists of consolidating two (2) existing parcels (PPNs 237-23-047 and 237-23- <br />048) and creating a lot forming one (1) parcel of land 0.9148 ac, located along the west side of <br />Clague Road currently zoned Multiple Residence. Ms. Wenger said the consolidation of the two <br />lots was a requirement of both the Commission and City Council approval. Mr. Collins said a <br />typo was corrected and the combined acreage accurately totaled 0.9148 acres therefore he <br />recommended approval. <br />Mr. Bond said the engineer's comments were addressed as well as the county tax map <br />department comments. Mr. Lasko said the application was a procedural matter and the last step <br />of the approval process. Mr. Bond questioned if the mylar could be signed if approved and Mr. <br />Collins reviewed the process for receiving signatures from city staff. <br />Mr. Lasko moved, seconded by Mrs. Meredith, to approve the consolidation plat for <br />CMS08-25: Walters Advanced Dentistry of 4780 Clague Road which consolidates PPNs <br />237-23-047 and 237-23-048 and creates a lot forming one (1) parcel of land of 0.9148 acre, <br />located along the west side of Clague Road currently zoned Multiple Residence which was <br />approved 7-0. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Ms. Wenger said she would like to have a goal setting session during the first meeting of January <br />to determine what planning and zoning initiatives should be prioritized for 2009.
