BOARD OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MEETING MINUTE5 OF NOVEMBER 19, 2009 <br />ROLL CALL <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers. <br />Present: Donna Sabo, Norman Althen, Dan Jarachovic, BJ Meder <br />Absent: Robert Lipcsey <br />Staff: Assistant Law Director Bryan O'Malley, Building Commissioner Dale Mitchell, <br />Clerk of Commissions Donna Rote <br />REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES <br />Mr. Meder moved, seconded by Mr. Althen, to approve the October 19, 2009 minutes, <br />which were unanimously, approved 4-0. <br />ORDER OF FINDINGS <br />Ronald Claus (RC Services LLC), 5519 Decker Road: <br />Mr. O'Malley reviewed the purpose of the board's Order of Findings form which works in <br />conjunction with the meeting minutes and serves as a judgment or determination of a case. As <br />the findings represent the board's final decision the members were encouraged to question or <br />make changes to the findings if they felt adjustments were warranted. He noted a change in the <br />first draft which was to identify the Ohio Revised Code Chapter which was referenced at the <br />meeting. Board members said they had no further changes and believed the findings accurately <br />reflected the outcome of the case. <br />Mrs. Sabo moved, seconded by Mr. Althen, to adopt the order of flndings for Ronald Claus <br />(RC Services LLC) of 5519 Decker Road as written which was unanimously approved 4-0. <br />Mrs. Sabo noted Mr. Lipcsey's notice to the board of his absence due to work commitments <br />therefore his absence was excused. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />With urther business pending the meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m. <br />? <br />Donna Sabo, Chair onna Rote, Cl rk of Commissions <br />Approved: <br />oa 111- o <br />
