A <br />ARCHITECTUIZAL REVIEW BOARD INDEX 2000 <br />JANiTARY 199 2000 <br />CVS PharmacyPP#'s 235-11-009 to 013 and 235-11-047 <br />Proposal consists of a sign package. Motion carried. <br />North Olmsted United Methodist Church; 4600 Dover Center Rd. <br />Proposal consists of a 2560 square foot addition being added to the rear of the existing <br />building. Note: The Planning Commission heard this proposal on 7anuary 11, 2000 at <br />which time they referred the proposal to the Architectural Review Board. Motion <br />carried. <br />Columbia Road Baptist Church 4116 Columbia Rd. <br />Proposal consists of adding a fellowship hall to the existing church. Note: The Planning <br />Commission addressed this proposal on the following dates, 1/12/99 and 9/14/99. The <br />Board of Zoning Appeals board granted them a special permit on 10/7/99. Note: The <br />Planning Commission heard this proposal on January 11, 2000 at which time they <br />referred the proposal to the Architectural Review Board. 1VIotion Carried. <br />Dick's Sporting Goods Sporting Goods / Cort Furniture 4700 Great Northern Blvd. <br />Proposal consists of renovating the former Giant Eagle building on Great Northern Blvd <br />to accommodate Dick's Sporting Goods Sporting Goods store and Cort Furniture. Note: <br />The Planning Commission heard this proposal on January 11, 2000 at which time they <br />referred the proposal to the Architectural Review Board. 1dIotion carried. <br />FEBRUARY 16, 2000 <br />Chi Chi's Restaurant 26410 Great Northern Shoppin Cg; enter <br />Proposal consists of remodeling the existing entrance, repainting the entire building and <br />planters below shutters. Note: The Planning Commission on the following dates heard <br />this proposal, 11/9/99, 1/11/00 and 1/25/00. NOTE: THIS PROPOSAL WAS <br />WITHDRAWN BY THE APPLICANT ON FEBRUARY 16, 2000. <br />MARCH 22, 2000 <br />Fifth Third Bank; 26187 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal consists of an ATM machine with a canopy with the following comments; 1.) <br />The columns are stone to match the existing stone, 2.) That the canopy aligns with the <br />coping in every way possible, 3.) The ATM colors be blue where the red is and red where <br />the blue is, 4.) Bring the columns in a foot or so from the exterior, and 5.) Remove ten <br />percent of the burning Bushes and add Stella Dora Day Lilies the entire length. NOTE: <br />In the framing of the motion Mr. Saylor questioned that the bank should keep the Burning <br />Bushes but place the Day Lilies on center between each pine tree. Mr. Zergott replied <br />"yes." Mr. Saylor then reiterated trying to keep the height of the canopy so customers <br />cannot damage the canopy when driving under. Mr. Yager suggested making the canopy <br />to the coping line or at the upper line so it's not in between stepping out. Mr. Zergott
