Note: Planning <br />Commission gave a favorable recommendation to the Board of Zoning Appeals on <br />2/13/01. Board of Zoning Appeals granted variances on 3/1/01. Planning <br />Commission heard this case again at the 3/13/01 meeting and approved it <br />(pending Architectural Review Board). Approved 3/21/01 <br />AutoZone Development; 28535 Lorain Rd. <br />The proposal consists of constructing a 6,094 square foot building and site <br />improvements for the retail sale of auto parts. Planning Commission heard this <br />case 3/13/01.
