REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES:
The minutes from the Cultural Activities meeting held April 4, 2004 have been submitted for
approval.
IIL NEW BUSINESS:
Mr. Garland indicated that Mr. Yustick would not be able to attend meetings for awhile as he
injured his leg and is out of commission for awhile.
IV. OLD BUSINESS:
1. Continued discussion regarding I2over Players performance.
Mrs. Martindale reviewed that flyers should be distributed two weeks prior to the first
performance. Once Mrs. App receives the information on the performers, dates and times,
she and Mrs. Beach will get the flyer completed. Doors will open at 7:00 p.m. and play will
start at 8:00 p.m. The dinner theater raised enough money to pay for the director, and the
copyright fees. The director requested the following items for the play; a banner 5' x 2' to
hang on a 6' ladder, a two sided sandwich board 2' x 3' and a person to wear the sign, a
butchers apron, wire rim glasses, black cape, a rams horn, mallet, eye chart, school bell, and
basket with flowers. The commissioners will try to round up all items needed. The board
would like to have white lights in the trees along the entrance for the play. The clerk will
look into how lights can be placed in trees. Mrs. Martindale will work with Mr. Thompson
to paint the banners and sandwich boards.
