N.O. Hot Stove League <br /> Thomas O’Grady, Council at Large - Finance <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Election of Officers: <br />Claire Hayes, Chairman, called the meeting to order and requested that the Board Members <br />elect a Chairman and Vice-Chairman for 1999. <br /> <br />Mr. Scott nominated Mrs. Hayes for Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Commission for <br />1999. The nomination was seconded by Mr. Gardner and hearing no other nominations Mrs. <br />Hayes closed the nomination process. Mrs. Hayes’ nomination as chairman of the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Mrs. Hayes, Chairman, asked for nominations for Vice-Chairman of the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission for 1999. Mr. Gardner nominated Mr. Smith for Vice-Chairman of the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission for 1999. The nomination was seconded by Mr. Scott and hearing no <br />other nominations Mrs. Hayes closed the nomination process. The nomination of Mr. Smith as <br />Vice Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Commission was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Mrs. Hayes nominated Pat Scott for Secretary of the Parks and Recreation Commission for <br />1999. The nomination was seconded by Mrs. Kasler and the nomination was unanimously <br />approved by all the Board Members. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
