Kelley, Chairman <br />Tom Terbrack, Safety Director <br /> <br /> Ted DiSalvo, Commissioner <br /> Norman Baxter, Member <br /> Randi Jones, Member <br /> Anna Kanis, Member <br /> John J. Lasko, Jr., Member <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Visitor: Ed Garrity, NOHC <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />VISITORS’ OPPORTUNITY TO ADDRESS COMMISSION <br /> <br />The visitor attended for observation and comment as the meeting progressed. <br />Mr. Kelley commented that it is always a pleasure to see Mr. Garrity attend the meetings. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Minutes of January 2006 <br /> <br />Upon Motion made by Mr. Baxter, seconded by Ms. Kanis, the Minutes of January 2006 were <br />approved unanimously. <br /> <br />SUB COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />See: Report of the Recreation Commissioner/Safety Director. <br /> <br />REPORT OF THE RECREATION COMMISSIONER/SAFETY DIRECTOR <br /> <br />Recreation Master Plan Kick-off Meeting <br /> <br />Mr. Kelley deferred to the representatives of the Sub Committee; Mr. Terbrack said that he and the <br />Commissioner would report on the Rec Master Plan, since the members of the Sub Committee were <br />unable to attend the initial meeting due to other commitments, excepting Paul Barker.
