Service togive the tests in "Janua'ry. <br />Civil Service4-will hear Holly Ki.sh's„_and Sandra Stuart s'"protest <br />regarding the Secretary's written and; typing ,testWat our next meeting. <br />The recapitulation for "the 'Cretarial test is as follows: 37 took <br />written exam..29 passed, 8 failed. Twenty-"nine"cand"idates were <br />notified to take typing test. Twenty-six. showed up"; 10 passed and 16 <br />failed. <br />Ron Wilamosky said tha't.-AheSecretarial job opening has been posted, <br />per the Union contract forseveiz,,days -If there are no calls from <br />city employees, then Chief Sefcek can go ahead and interview the top 3 <br />candidates that Civil Service gave him for his one vacancy. <br />The Lewis Robinson's United States District court case is still <br />on-going in litigation. Cooperative Personnel Services is the third <br />party. <br />Civil Service will make the change to the Regulation Handbook <br />regarding probation period to 6 months instead of 2 years. This will <br />be done in a few months. <br />Chief Sefcek has mentioned previously to Tracy Ice, that he would like <br />all candidates to be certified when taking the Entry Level Police <br />Officers Exam. <br />
