CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION INDEX FOR 2008 MEETINGS JANUARY 28, 2008 Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the amended minutes. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion pending expert opinion, that the Commission postpones the judgment on the extra credit for Cynthia Walker until the Commission can make a determination prior to the establishment of the eligible list. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to award Cynthia Walker one (1) point for educational credit. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to acknowledge the applicants' extra credit points and awarded at the receipt of scores and the application of Thresa Crow be rejected and disqualified from the examination. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion, based on the current list of applicants, names beginning at count 52, Gregory Tetnall, to the bottom of the list are disqualified from the examination because they are over the limit of maximum applicants accepted. The Secretary will forward notifications to the disqualified applicants. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to change its December meeting from December 22nd to December 15th and forward notification accordingly. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to removed Ryan Blecick's name from the Entry -Level Firefighter Eligible List. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to certify Kyle Gregg from the Entry -Level Firefighter Eligible List and forward his information to the appointing authority. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to remove Andrew Sasak's name from the Entry -Level Firefighter Eligible List. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to certify Douglas Hallahan from the Entry -Level Firefighter Eligible List and forward his information to the appointing authority. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to remove the names of Joseph Gyorsky and David Frolo from the Building Inspector Eligible List. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved.
