CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL CAUCUS ROOM <br />MINUTES - NOVEMBER 16, 2009 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />I. ROLL CALL: Chairman M. Ubaldi called the meeting to order at 7:28 p.m. <br />PRESENT: M. Ubaldi, B. Hohmann, and K. Zolar <br />ALSO PRESENT: A New Resident; Civil Service Secretary D. Eccleston <br />II. DISPOSITION OF MINUTES: <br />The Civil Service minutes dater) September 21, 2009 have been submitter) for approval. <br />Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted. Mr. Hohmann seconded the <br />motion and unanimously approved. <br />III. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />There were no items of correspondence received and no items of correspondence sent out by the <br />Civil Service Commission. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />. 0M"A1 1W11\l_DMvp <br />2010 Calendar <br />All dates for the 2010 calendar have been adjusted accordingly and the 7:30 p.m. start time is more <br />convenient for the Commissioners. <br />Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the calendar as submitted. Mr. Hohmann seconded the <br />motion and unanimously approved. <br />2010 Budget <br />A summary of the 2010 budget is as follows: new letter head will have to be ordered due to the new <br />Mayor; there will be no testing in 2010; will not renew the Post Office box; left money in outside <br />services for future appeals; salaries and overtime has been cut from the previous years since there <br />will be no testing for 2010. <br />Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to approve the 2010 budget. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion <br />and unanimously approved. <br />
