There were no hearings scheduled in June <br />so no meeting was held that month. <br />Jan. 10, 1972 - No cases were heard. Election of officers was held. <br />Feb. 23, 1972 - Public Hearing requested by Konpes Clay Products for use <br />of exterian material on Parkway Country Club, Inc. com- <br />mercial building. Approved. <br />- In depth review of ELECTRICAL REGULATIONS, CITY OF NORTH <br />OUISTED, OHIO <br />March 15,1972 - Public Hearing requested by Anthony Savarino to change type <br />of business at 27955 Lorain Rd. from shoe repair to barber <br />shop. Request granted. <br />- Request by Jamestown Development Co. to use exterior material <br />on apartment garages at Phase IV (auto claved concrete.) <br />Approved. <br />- Request by Edward M. Malketin to move house. Approved. <br />April 19,1972 - Request of Ream Builders, Inc. to change use of dwelling at <br />30119 Lorain Rd. for office purpose. Postponed. <br />- Request by Westwood Construction Co. to remodel structure at <br />23135 Lorain Rd. resufacing exterior of brick with stucco. <br />Plans accepted as submitted. <br />- Request by Shore West Construction Co. to erect dwelling <br />on Permanent Parcel #236-4-48 Fleharty Road. Plans accepted <br />as presented. <br />- Request of Thelma Dillon to use residential dwelling located <br />at 30656 Lorain Rd. as abeauty shop. Request rejected. <br />- Permission was granted Dr. David J. Adams, D. C. to work in <br />room with ceiling heights of 7 ft. and 7 ft. 8 in. <br />- Presentation was given by Mr. Dick golf of Lumac, Inc. <br />explaining his product. <br />
