PLANNING & DESIGN COMMISSION <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MEETING MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 27, 2023 <br />ROLL CALL <br />Mr. Olivos called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br />Present: Humberto Olivos, Tom Patton. Jose Leon. Cary Peeples. "I'om David <br />Absent: Mary Ellen Hemann <br />Staff: Economic & Community Development Director Max Upton. Assistant Law Director <br />Bryan O'Malley. City Engineer Jeff Filarski. Administrative Assistant Lyn Wilson. <br />Mr. Olivos welcomed the newest member of the Planning-, and Desi -,n Commission. Mr. Tom <br />David. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />23-25261; 27932 Lorain Road; Halleen <br />Proposal consists of a lot consolidation of foto- parcels to create a 4.77 -acre parcel. PPN's <br />111clude: 232-08-004. 232-08-009. 232-10-064. and 232-10-066. <br />Mr. Oliyos. as instructed by the clerk, requested that case 23-25261: 27932 Lorain Road: Halleen <br />be removed from the agenda due to the lot consolidation beino contilh-Ient upon Development <br />Plan Approval. The lot consolidation 'yould need to be included with the Development Plan or <br />after approval. Seconded by Mr. Patton. All in favor: none opposed. <br />23-25073; 27624 Lorain Road, Holy Donut <br />Proposal consists a lot consolidation of three parcels to create a 1.11 16 -acre -parcel. PPN"s <br />include: 232-10-067. 232-10-057. and 232-10-056. <br />City En(-,ineer. Mr. Filarski recommended approval. contingent on any comments from the <br />county surveyor be addressed. Mr. O" Mal ley offered a history of the property and agreed xi ith <br />Mr. Filarski's recommendation of approval. <br />Mr. Olivos made a motion to approve 23-25073: 27624 Lorain Road: Holy Donut lot <br />consolidation with the condition of addressing any comments from the county. Seconded by Mr. <br />Peeples. <br />Motion passed 5-0. <br />23-25256; 27350 Lorain Road; Freddy's Frozen Custard <br />Proposal consists of a plan amendment to widen the exit drive to three lanes and modifying the <br />lane next to PUW to accommodate this bypass lane. <br />Mr. Filarski described the modification on the ,vest side of the building. specifically the addition <br />
