PLANNING & DESIGN COMMISSION <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MEETING MINUTES OF MAY 22, 2024 <br />ROLL CALL <br />Mr. David called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br />Present: Tom David Humberto Olivos, Cary Peeples, Matt Marrie, Paul Shymske <br />Absent: Jose Leon <br />Staff. Director Max Upton, City Engineer Jeff Filarski, Assistant Director BrO'Malley. <br />yan Malle <br />Administrative Assistant Lyn Wilson y <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Weber Lot Split (BDW Properties) Lot Split and Consolidation <br />The case was introduced as a lot split that would transfer 0.7467 acres from the City, of North <br />Olmsted's parcel 233-26-063, and consolidating it with the Weber Automotive site parcel 233- <br />26-006, resulting in a Weber Automotive parcel of 2.0725 acres. <br />Mr. David motioned to approve the lot split and consolidation; seconded by Mr. Oli <br />Motion Passed: 5-0 vos. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. David motioned to excused Mr. Leon: seconded by Mr. Olivos; all in favor none opposed. <br />With no further business before the board the meeting adjourned at 7:14 p.m. <br />c - <br />Tom David, Chair <br />yn Wilson, Administrative Assistant <br />Approved: AJ �a Q� <br />
