PLANNING & DESIGN COMMISSION <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MEETING MINUTES OF AUGUST 28, 2024 <br />ROLL CALL <br />Mr. David called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Present: Tom David, Humberto Olivos, Cary Peeples, Matt Marrie, Paul Shymske, Jose Leon <br />Staff: Director Max Upton, City Engineer Jeff Filarski, Administrative Assistant Lyn Wilson <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />122-2024; Kile; 4249 Clague Road <br />The case was introduced as a lot consolidation of three parcels; 237-13-008, 237-13-009 and <br />237-13-010; for a total area of 0.69 acres. The recommendation from the Engineering <br />Department was to approve on the condition that the Plat is approved by the County. <br />Mr. David motioned to approve the lot consolidation, conditioned on approval by the County; <br />seconded by Mr. Shymske. <br />Motion Passed: 6-0 <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />There was communication from Director Upton regarding an administrative approval for the <br />Halleen Kia expansion. The modifications from the original approved plan were a reduction in <br />size of the building by 2,500 square feet, and the number of light stanchions are reduced.
