CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL CAUCUS ROOM <br />MINUTES - MAY 19, 2025 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />I. ROLL CALL: Chair called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. <br />PRESENT: A. Flannery, T. Fratini <br />ALSO PRESENT: Human Resources Director L. Kidd, Assistant Law Director B. O'Malley, <br />and HR Administrative Secretary J. Davenport <br />II. DISPOSITION OF MINUTES: <br />Motion by Commissioner Flannery, seconded by Commissioner Fratini to approve the minutes of <br />March 24, 2025. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />III. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />There were 3 items of correspondence received and 32 items of correspondence sent out by the <br />Civil Service Commission. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Certify Police Officer Entry — Level Eligible List <br />The Commission was presented with the Police Officer Entry — Level Eligible List. There were <br />Forty-six (46) candidates that took the test. Thirty-two (32) candidates passed the NTN Online Test. <br />Eleven (11) candidates failed the NTN Online Test and three (3) candidates were incomplete. The <br />incomplete candidates were either missing their drivers license or their diploma or both. <br />Motion by Commissioner Flannery, seconded by Commissioner Fratini to approve and certify the <br />Police Officer Entry- Level Eligible List. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Certify Lateral Police Officer Eligible List <br />The Commission was presented with the Lateral Police Officer Eligible List. There were thirty-five <br />(35) applications prepared for applicants. Nine (9) applicants picked up applications. Two (2) <br />applicants returned applications. Seven (7) applicants did not return applications. <br />Motion by Commissioner Flannery, seconded by Commissioner Fratini to approve and certify the <br />Police Officer Lateral Eligible List. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />V.
