CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2005 -173 <br />BY: Mayor O'Grady <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A TRAFFIC SIGNAL LOOP <br />DETECTOR MAINTENANCE EASEMENT ON REAL PROPERTY <br />OWNED BY NORCAR COMPANY, LLC., ON BROOKPARK ROAD <br />AND IDENTIFIED AS PERMANENTPARCEL NUMBER 236 -05 -001. <br />WHEREAS, Norcar Company, LLC, an Ohio Limited Liability Company, has <br />offered a permanent Traffic Signal Loop Detector Maintenance Easement to the City of <br />North Olmsted on real property it owns on Brookpark Road and which is identified as <br />Permanent Parcel Number 236 -05 -001 in the Office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor, on behalf of <br />the City, to accept said Easement so that the City may install, reinstall and maintain the <br />traffic signal loop detectors and appurtenances within the said Easement area; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMMTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to accept, on behalf <br />of the City of North Olmsted, a permanent Traffic Signal Loop Detector Maintenance <br />Easement from Norcar Company, LLC., an Ohio Limited Liability Company, and owner <br />of certain real property located on Brookpark Road and known as Permanent Parcel <br />Number 236 -05 -001. A copy of said Easement is attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit <br />A. <br />SECTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby directed <br />to cause the fully- executed original of said Easement document to be recorded in the <br />Office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance take effect and be in force from the earliest <br />period provided for by law. <br />PASSED: , First Reading: /b c S' <br />Second Reading: 1 a- av 16s— <br />Third Reading <br />Committee: <br />..«�� ~kV <br />
