�kµ,'g,T n <br />PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT <br />The City of North Olmstead (City) intends to contract for professional engineering <br />services to evaluate the operation of the wastewater treatment plant, assist with the <br />preparation of a 5 -year capital improvement plan (CIP), and prepare a user rate study that <br />will fund the adopted CIP and Waste Water Treatment Plant operations in the most cost <br />effective and efficient manner while providing quality services. <br />Engineering firms interested to provide the required services should reply with a <br />statement of qualifications (SOQ) no later than December XX , 2005 at 4PM local time. <br />Statements received after this deadline will not be considered. SOQs shall be limited to <br />ten pages including the letter of transmittal and be stapled in the upper left corner of the <br />document. <br />SOQs should include information regarding your firms expression of interest in the <br />project, resumes of proposed key personnel for the project including designation of <br />project manager, statements of staff availability for the study, previous work performed <br />for the City, and previous work performed for other similar sized jurisdictions, <br />references. <br />As required by the Ohio Revised Code Article 153.67 -75, responding firms will be <br />evaluated and ranked in order of qualifications. Following this evaluation, the City will <br />enter into contract negotiations with the firm determined to be best qualified. <br />Source of Funding: Sewer Fund Revenues <br />Questions should be directed to WWTP Superintendent Bob Nichols — (440) 777 -1881. <br />
