Ch. 109 <br />1125.01 ESTABLISHED. <br />There is hereby established an Architectural Review Board consisting of five members to <br />be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by an affirmative vote of a majority of the members <br />of Council. <br />(Ord. 94 -78. Passed 5- 17 -94.) <br />1125.02 DUTIES. <br />The Architectural Review Board shall assist and advise the Planning Commission on the <br />design, amenities, quality, relationships to natural features, and all other aspects of a site <br />development plan which relate to the appearance of an entire project, all of its parts and its <br />surroundings. All standards, regulations and criteria, contained in this Zoning Code, shall be <br />considered by the Board in its review. <br />(Ord. 90 -125. Passed 5- 21 -91.) <br />1125.03 MEMBERS; CHAIRPERSON. <br />(a) Terms and nwalifications. Each member of the Architectural Review Board shall <br />be appointed for a term of two years. One member shall be a registered architect or have three <br />years of employment experience in architectural design; the second member shall be a landscape <br />architect, architect or registered engineer; the third shall be a person skilled in the general field <br />of aesthetics and design; and the fourth and the fifth members shall be duly qualified electors of <br />the City. <br />1994 Replacement <br />
