Ordinance No. 2005 -146 <br />SECTION 5: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary <br />for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the residents of <br />this City, in that it is necessary for the City Council to take action to approve or disapprove the <br />Transfer request within the deadline established by federal law and for the City and its residents <br />to receive the advantages of the provisions of this Ordinance, for which reason and other reasons <br />manifest to this Council, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two - thirds of all members of Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: e5� � 7 2-001 <br />A <br />CA <br />L.
