(Amended) <br />SECTION 3: The complete text of the sections of the Codified Ordinances listed above <br />are set forth in full in the current replacement pages to the Codified Ordinances which are <br />adopted herein. Any summary publication of this ordinance shall include a complete listing of <br />these sections. Notice of adoption of each new section by reference to its title shall constitute <br />sufficient publication of new matter contained therein. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare for the <br />reason that it is imperative to adopt current replacement pages to the Codified Ordinances in <br />order to avoid practical and legal entanglements, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two - thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 4, a-Go h First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: -�--� <br />Committee: <br />ATTE./y�� <br />/ V <br />Ba bara L.
