O'GRADY AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A STORM SE WER EASEMENT LOCATED ONPROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OFNORTH OLMSTED, AND DESIGNATED AS PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER 231 -32 -005 BY CUYAHOGA COUNTY MAPS AND RECORDS, TO THE NORTH OLMSTED ASSEMBL Y OF GOD CHURCH, SAID EASEMENT SHOWN ON EXHIBIT "A': WHEREAS, it is planned to install a storm sewer outlet from a detention basin proposed to be located on the North Olmsted Assembly of God Church's property as part of the North Olmsted Assembly of God Church family center addition construction project, onto property owned by the City of North Olmsted on Root Road, and designated as Permanent Parcel Number 231 -32 -005, in the location shown on Exhibit "A ", and WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has offered an easement to the North Olmsted Assembly of God Church for the purpose of maintaining said storm sewer; and WHEREAS, this Council desires to grant to the North Olmsted Assembly of God Church a permanent easement for maintenance purposes in order to allow the Church access to the storm sewer to install, reinstall or maintain the storm sewer and appurtenances on said property known as Permanent Parcel Number 231 -32 -005; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to grant, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, the owner of certain real property located on Root Road and known as Permanent Parcel Number 231 -32 -005, a storm sewer easement to the North Olmsted Assembly of God Church. A copy of said Easement, which the Mayor is authorized and directed to grant on behalf of the City, is attached as Exhibit I and made a part hereof as though fully rewritten herein. SECTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby directed to cause said easement to be recorded in the office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder. C
