4 <br />WHEREAS, the CITY Council, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2005 -124, further <br />authorized and directed the Mayor to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder <br />as determined by the Board of Control; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY and VENDOR for the consideration hereinafter <br />set forth, agree as follows: <br />A. EQUIPMENT. The VENDOR agrees to furnish the EQUIPMENT, in <br />amounts as required by the Fire Department, to the CITY in strict compliance with the <br />terms of this Contract and all of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. <br />B. CONTRACT PRICE. The CITY agrees to pay, and the VENDOR agrees to <br />accept, in full payment for the performance of this Contract by the VENDOR, the Grand <br />Total of Thirty Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty -seven Dollars and Thirty -two Cents <br />($30,727.32) for the following: <br />Seven Hundred Ninety -two Dollars ($792.00) for each of the Five (5) Motorola <br />HT- I550XLS, AAH25KDN9DU8B, hand -held portable two -way radio units, <br />to include antenna, two (2) 1800 MaH FM approved high capacity batteries, <br />a spring belt clip, and remote speaker microphone, being ordered. <br />Total cost, Three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Dollars ($3,960.00) for the <br />purchase of Five (5) Motorola HT- 1550XLS, AAH25KDN9DU8B, hand -held <br />portable two -way radio units. <br />Two Hundred Ninety -eight Dollars ($298.00) for the One (1) Motorola <br />P/N WPPN4065R, four port conditioning charger being ordered. <br />Total cost, Two Hundred Ninety -eight Dollars ($298.00) for the purchase of <br />One (1) Motorola P/N WPPN4065R, four port conditioning charger. <br />Sixty -two Dollars ($62.00) for the One (1) Motorola P/N WPLN4107R, single <br />port conditioning charger being ordered. <br />Total cost, Sixty -two Dollars ($62.00) for the purchase of One (1) Motorola <br />P/N WPLN4107R, single port conditioning charger. <br />Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($7.50) for the first year's programming cost <br />for each Motorola HT- 1550XLS, hand -held portable two -way radio purchased. <br />Total cost, Thirty -seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($37.50) for the first year's <br />programming costs of Five (5) Motorola HT- 1550XLS, hand -held portable <br />two -way radios. <br />Twenty -four Dollars and Seventy Cents ($24.70) for the three year warranty for <br />each Motorola HT- 1550XLS, hand -held portable two -way radio. <br />Total cost, One Hundred Twenty -three Dollars and Fifty Cents ($123.50) for the <br />three year warranty for each of the Five (5) Motorola HT- 1550XLS, hand -held <br />portable two -way radios. <br />2 <br />
