SECTION 10. INSURANCE a. 10.1 The CONTRACTOR shall comply with and effect during the life of this Agreement and shall protect the CONTRACTOR, its employees, agents, and representatives from claims for damages for personal injury and wrongful death and for damages to property arising in any manner from the negligent or wrongful acts, errors or omissions of the CONTRACTOR, its employees, agents or representatives in the performance of the services under this Agreement. b.
