Ordinance No. 2005 -96 <br />"Section 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to dispense with the <br />RFP process required by Ordinance No. 2002 -72, and, upon approval of the <br />City's Board of Control, to enter into a contract with Compuhensive Business <br />Solutions, Inc. to provide ICES maintenance services to the City's Building <br />Department, including the IPAC pocket components. Said contract shall be in a <br />form and substance approved by the Director of Law, in substantially the same <br />form as Exhibit A attached hereto. Expenditures made by the City pursuant to <br />said contract shall not exceed Two Thousand Three Hundred Eighty -Eight <br />($2,388.00) Dollars." <br />BE AMENDED, AND, AS AMENDED, SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: <br />"Section 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to dispense with the <br />RFP process required by Ordinance No. 2002 -72, and, upon approval of the <br />City's Board of Control, to enter into a contract with Compuhensive Business <br />Solutions, Inc. to provide ICES maintenance services to the City's Building <br />Department, including the IPAC pocket components. Said contract shall be in a <br />form and substance approved by the Director of Law, in substantially the same <br />form as Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio and for the further reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go <br />into effect immediately so that there is no lapse in the maintenance coverage for the ICES system <br />and the IPAC Pocket components, and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two - thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: a �j a-v o S� First Reading: to <br />Second Reading <br />AT T.• <br />ARBARA L.
