Section 8: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various employees of the Building <br />Department. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Safety and the Mayor as <br />appropriate. <br />Page 4 of 9 <br />Section 4: That the salary for nonbargaining unit Secretary I and Secretary II full and part time positions shall <br />be determined by the Mayor, Director and /or Division Leader and be no greater than the highest step of the <br />collective bargaining agreement for the respective positions plus 2.5 %. <br />Section 5: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of <br />Council.
