CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 2005 - 61 Y• r O'Grady b )I f/ I B . Ma yo O y A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH FIRST AMERICAN REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS L.L.P. TO PROVIDE SEVEN (7) METROSCAN LICENSES TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council, based upon the recommendation of the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services, to authorize the Mayor to enter into a contract with First American Real Estate Solutions L.P. to provide seven (7) Metroscan licenses to the City of North Olmsted; and WHEREAS, said expenditure does not require competitive bidding and is not subject to the City's RFP ordinance; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to enter into a one -year contract with First American Real Estate Solutions L.P. in order to provide the City of North Olmsted with seven (7) Metroscan licenses. Said contract shall be in the form and substance of the 3 -page "Proposal for Service" attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A, with only such changes hereinafter made as are not substantially adverse to the City of North Olmsted and which are approved by the Director of Law. The character of any such changes as not being substantially adverse to the City shall be evidenced conclusively by the execution of the Contract by the Mayor and approval of the Director of Law.
