Ma yo O y <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A <br />CONTRACT WITH FIRST AMERICAN REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS <br />L.L.P. TO PROVIDE SEVEN (7) METROSCAN LICENSES TO THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council, based upon the recommendation of the <br />Director of Personnel and Administrative Services, to authorize the Mayor to enter into a <br />contract with First American Real Estate Solutions L.P. to provide seven (7) Metroscan licenses <br />to the City of North Olmsted; and <br />WHEREAS, said expenditure does not require competitive bidding and is not subject to <br />the City's RFP ordinance; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to enter into a one -year <br />contract with First American Real Estate Solutions L.P. in order to provide the City of North <br />Olmsted with seven (7) Metroscan licenses. Said contract shall be in the form and substance of <br />the 3 -page "Proposal for Service" attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A, with only such <br />changes hereinafter made as are not substantially adverse to the City of North Olmsted and <br />which are approved by the Director of Law. The character of any such changes as not being <br />substantially adverse to the City shall be evidenced conclusively by the execution of the Contract <br />by the Mayor and approval of the Director of Law. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period ,allowed by law <br />PASSED: �J a -� �'��� a% First Reading.
