In addition to the salaries as specified herein, the Chief of Police, Chief of Fire and Assistant Chief of <br />Fire shall be entitled to any and all benefits afforded the members of each of their respective <br />departments, except that the Chief of Police and Chief of Fire, as expressly provided in Section 18 of <br />this Ordinance, and the Assistant Fire Chief if this latter position in the future is determined by the City to <br />be FLSA exempt, shall not be entitled to overtime pay or comp time benefits. <br />Section 14: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various employees of the Park and <br />Recreation Department.
