agreed, in writing, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or <br />delayed, to Tenant's intentions to self - insure. Prior to entering the Site, Subtenant <br />must deliver to Landlord certificates of insurance representing the required <br />coverages must contain an endorsement that there will be no material change, <br />reduction in coverage, cancellation or termination of the insurance coverage <br />without endeavoring to provide at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to <br />Subtenant. <br />8. Notification and Identification. The notification of parties and <br />identification of the Site, communication equipment and facilities and frequencies shall <br />be as provided by the Lease and as supplemented by the Site Sublease, and shall also <br />include the Director of Law, City of North Olmsted, 5200 Dover Center Road, North <br />Olmsted, Ohio 44070. <br />9. Governing Law and Venue. The parties agree that the interpretation and <br />construction of this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Ohio in which <br />the Site is located, without regard to such state's conflict of law provisions.
