ATTAuHMENT A <br />AT &T # CL- 249 -01 / Clague Park Northcoast #084.208B / Clague Park <br />SITE SUBLEASE <br />This Sue Sublease to the Master Wireless Facility Site Lease Agreement dated July 1, 2004 between Cleveland PCS <br />Realty, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, it's wireless communications affiliates, and AT &T Wireless Services, Inc, a <br />Delaware corporation, by and through its manager AT &T Wireless Services ( "AT &T Wireless Services "), and its wireless <br />communications affiliates which elect to participate in this Sublease (collectively "AT &T Wireless Services'. <br />The within Site Sublease remains in full force and effect for its entire term regardless of any change in ownership of the <br />Land. The within Site Sublease runs with the land for the entire term as set forth in Paragraph 6 of the Master Wireless Facility <br />Site Lease Agreement. <br />1. Lessor: New Cingular Wireless PCS of Cleveland, LLC, successor in interest to AT &T Wireless <br />Services, Inc <br />2. Lessee: Cleveland PCS Realty, LLC, <br />3. AT &T Site Name and Number: AT &T #CL- 249 -01 / Clague Park <br />4. Site Address: 3000 Clague Road, North Olmsted, Ohio / County of Cuyahoga <br />S. Site Latitude and Longitude: N410-26'-41" <br />W810- 52' -54" <br />6. Contingency Date: The earlier of: (i) that date which Lessee begins construction of Lessee Facilities or, (ii) <br />180 days from the execution date of this Site Sublease. <br />7. Monthly Rent: $1,500.00 <br />Payable to: ATTWS , Co- Location A/R — FSAI, P.O. Box 97079, Redmond WA 98073 -9779 <br />8. Term: Five (5) years <br />9. Renewal Options: Five (5) additional auto- renewing terms of five (5) years each <br />10.
