WHEREAS, the City's new website address is http: / /www.north- olmsted.com; and WHEREAS, Section 177.02 of the Administrative Code, providing for community access to, amongst other things, the City's website, contains reference to the City's old website address; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the recommendation of the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services, this Council desires to appropriately amend Section 177.02 of the Administrative Code in order to state correctly the updated address of the City's website, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That Section 177.02 of Chapter 177 ( "Community Access ") of the Administrative Code, entitled "Purpose," which presently reads as follows: "177.02 PURPOSE. (a) The regulations in this chapter pertaining to the two changeable copy signs and the airspace described in Section 177.01(a)(1), (2) and (3) are enacted for the following purposes: (1) To make the airspace above the right -of -way described in Section 177.01(a)(1), a nonpublic forum solely to further the limited purposes set forth in this Section 177.02(a); (2) To make the two changeable copy signs described in Section 177.01(a)(2) and (3) a nonpublic forum solely to further the limited purposes set forth in Section 177.02(a); (3) To accommodate access by community organizations to these nonpublic forums only for the purpose of announcing community events; (c) To ensure that the announcements placed in or at these nonpublic forums are of genuine community interest; and to ensure that these nonpublic forums are easily accessible by community organizations. (b) The regulations in this chapter pertaining to the City's website as described in Section 177.01(a)(4) are enacted for the following purposes:
