Ordinance No. 2005 -21 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council hereby authorizes and directs that all revenues received <br />in the year 2005 from emergency medical services and ambulance transportation billings to <br />residents, which would otherwise be credited to the "Emergency Medical Services Fund," <br />created pursuant to Ordinance No. 2002 -103, be credited instead to the General Fund. <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to credit all <br />revenues received in the year 2005 from emergency medical services and ambulance <br />transportation billings, which would otherwise be credited to the "Emergency Medical Services <br />Fund," to the General Fund. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare, of this <br />City and for the further reason that this Resolution is required to be immediately effective so that <br />the City may timely adopt a lawful permanent appropriations ordinance for the year 2005; and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- thirds of all members of Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: ,? <br />BARBARA L.
