H — __ 111, _14 <br />E <br />Resolution No. 2005 -12 <br />SECTION 2: That funds received from the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court in <br />connection with the Community Diversion Program shall be placed in the Community <br />Diversion Program Fund; and any funds necessary to carry out the Community Diversion <br />Program shall be paid from the Community Diversion Program Fund. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect <br />immediately so as to continue the provision of service without interruption and. to receive <br />funds as soon as possible from the County to assist with the operating budget for the <br />program, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED :?s <br />ATTEST.• <br />BARBARA L.
