S .. . <br />n <br />Ohio Revised Code Section 3517.13(n(3) Certification <br />(For Individuals) <br />The undersigned Pietro A. DiFranco acknowledges the provisions of Section 3517.13 of <br />the Ohio Revised Code, which establish certain campaign contribution lirnits and <br />requirements for contractors that are awarded municipal contracts for goods or sezvices <br />with a cost aggregating to more than ten thousand dollars ($10,OOQ.00) in a calendar year. <br />The undersigned certifies that all of the following persons, as applicable, are in <br />compliazice with division (I) (I.) of said Section 3517.13: <br />(a) Pieiro A. DiFranco, P.E.; <br />(b) The spouse of Pietro A. DiFranco, P.E; <br />(c) Each child seven years of age to seventeen years of age of either Pietro <br />A. DiFranco, P.E., or the spouse of Pietro A. DiFranco, P.E.; and <br />(d) Any combination of persons identified in paragzaphs (a) through (c) <br />above. <br />Note: Whoever knowingly malces a false statement on a certification required by division (n <br />(3) of Section 3517.13 of the Obio Revised Code is guilty of a feIony of the fifYh degree, and <br />any contract that includes, or is dependeat upon, the cert9fication made in violation of that <br />division shall be rescinded. <br />r-? <br />PIETRO A.
